Product Manager

Product Manager, Solar PV & Inverter | UK Own the product vision for a Solar PV and Inverter range at a time when roofing, construction and energy are converging. You'll sit between the market, the engineers and the industry bodies that set the rules, and you'll shape what gets built and how it's positioned. What you'll do

• Track competitors, customer feedback and emerging trends across solar, roofing and construction standards
• Turn customer and market needs into clear product requirements, working closely with R&D and engineering
• Set and evolve the vision, roadmap and positioning for Solar PV and Inverter, and for what comes next
• Write the technical content that supports the range: guides, white papers, FAQs, datasheets and installation manuals
• Advise on pricing strategy and maintain price lists
• Represent the business in working groups at MCS, Future Homes Hub, Solar Energy UK, NFRC and NHBC, and help influence industry standards What you'll bring
• 3-7+ years in product management within renewable energy, construction, building products or electrical engineering
• A technical degree or equivalent, and real comfort with construction detail, installation methods and safety requirements
• The ability to communicate clearly and persuasively, and to represent the business confidently in external forums
• UK-based Nice to have
• Solar experience, though not essential, as training is provided
• German language skills
