Transport Team Leader - Nights

We're currently recruiting for a Team Leader on our Night Shift to be based at our site in Hatfield on our contract with Arla (Dairy). We run a large fleet with 100 vehicles, and 200 drivers. This is working on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern working 7pm till 7am. Pay, Benefits And More We're looking to offer a salary of up to £30,750 per annum. • Support the Shift Manager with adherence to all compliance and legal obligations during your shift with a huge emphasis on safety, deputising in their absence
• Assist with executing the daily plan for all deliveries and collections, with a keen eye on resource available at site and keep the customer updated
• Ensure all process and procedures are followed and that we operate a safe and efficient environment What You Need To Succeed At XPO

• Previous experience supervising and developing a team within a complex transport environment
• Proven experience within transport and a good understanding of compliance and driver hours Be part of something big.
