About the job
  1. Assist in driving the preparation and implementation of sales team digital business initiatives, encompassing key phases such as feasibility analysis, business solution design, and workflow mapping and standardization.
  2. Drive the iterative development and continuous optimization of business capabilities, ensuring digital solutions consistently empower operations.
  3. Develop training materials, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and related guidelines, and conduct training and communication sessions for relevant stakeholders.
  4. Respond to stakeholder inquiries and issues regarding the usage of implemented solutions, assisting business team and relevant teams in troubleshooting and resolution.
  5. Perform other ad-hoc duties and team-related tasks as assigned.
  6. 协助部门推进客群数字化业务项目的筹备及落地工作，涵盖调研论证、业务方案制定、流程梳理与规范等关键环节。
  7. 推动能力迭代与持续优化，确保数字化方案持续赋能。
  8. 编写培训材料、SOP及相关指引，向相关方开展培训与宣导。
  9. 响应各方关于解决方案的使用问题，协助业务负责人及相关团队排查与解决。
  10. 完成团队其他相关工作。 Qualification
  11. Bachelor's degree or above, with a major in Finance, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.
  12. A minimum of 2 years of experience in the financial industry, preferably with experience in cross-market business development, wealth management, or FinTech.
  13. An excellent team player with the ability to work well under pressure.
  14. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accurate in work execution, coupled with a strong sense of risk management and compliance.
  15. Excellent communication skills, fluent in both Mandarin and English; proficiency in Cantonese is highly preferred. : CICC is committed to fostering an environment of equity and diversity.
