Your Scope You will define and execute the multi‑year APAC‑wide technology and innovation roadmap for the consulting business, driving adoption of modern intelligent‑automation capabilities across client‑facing service offerings. Key responsibilities include:

• Shape regional technical strategy aligned with corporate business priorities; translate emerging intelligent‑automation trends into practical, commercial‑grade capabilities for enterprise customer engagements.
• Lead the creation of reusable solution frameworks and assets to accelerate delivery and drive consistent quality across APAC projects.
• Partner closely with senior regional business leaders across Asia‑Pacific markets to align technical priorities, balancing global standards against local‑market client requirements and regulatory constraints.
• Act as the external technical thought‑leadership figure‑head for the practice; participate in industry forums, public speaking and C‑level client engagements to articulate the firm's technology‑innovation narrative.
• Own enterprise‑wide solution‑architecture governance, technical quality standards and technical‑risk oversight for complex large‑scale client programmes across APAC.
• Collaborate with sales, pre‑sales and delivery teams to shape solution designs, evaluate new platform capabilities and guide make‑versus‑buy technology‑partner assessments.
• Build and develop the APAC community of senior technical talent including architects and technical specialists; foster a delivery‑focused, commercially‑grounded technical culture and up‑skill teams on modern automation patterns.
• Evaluate new technology‑ecosystem partnerships to strengthen the regional service portfolio.
• Serve as primary senior technical escalation point for the organization's highest‑priority enterprise‑client engagements across Asia‑Pacific. Your Credentials
• 15+ years progressive technology‑leadership experience within enterprise consulting or system‑integration environments; minimum five‑years operating at C‑suite or senior‑technology‑executive level.
• Demonstrated practical track‑record taking intelligent‑automation / AI‑driven capabilities from concept through to production‑ready enterprise‑client deployments.
• Proven history building multi‑year technology roadmaps and converting technical innovation into commercially‑viable client‑facing offerings across multiple APAC geographies.
• Strong executive‑presence; confident engaging internal senior‑business stakeholders and external enterprise CIO‑level audiences, with demonstrated public‑speaking and industry‑thought‑leadership background.
• Hands‑on experience collaborating with multi‑country senior‑leadership teams across Asia‑Pacific.
• Solid background in enterprise‑solution‑architecture governance; proven ability to balance forward‑looking innovation with delivery practicality, commercial constraints and technical‑risk mitigation.
• Commercially‑oriented consulting‑delivery mindset, with practical grounding in real‑world client‑project realities.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical discipline; advanced degree considered a plus.
