Due to exceptional growth across Gloucestershire, Reed Education Cheltenham is looking to recruit an ambitious and driven Recruitment Consultant to help support the next stage of our expansion.

Over the past nine months, our Education team has established itself as a trusted recruitment partner to schools and early years settings across Gloucestershire, working with approximately 40% of the local market. Having exceeded our quarterly targets and achieved consistent growth, we are now seeking another high-performing consultant to join our successful team.

The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:

• Build and develop relationships with schools and education settings across Gloucestershire
• Source, interview, and place education professionals into temporary and permanent positions
• Manage and grow an established client portfolio
• Identify new business opportunities and develop long-term partnerships
• Deliver outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates
• Work towards individual and team targets while contributing to a collaborative team culture
