REED Education are recruiting a Behaviour Support Assistant to work with pupils who require additional emotional and behavioural support in a specialist educational setting.

This role is ideal for someone who understands that behaviour is often a form of communication and who is committed to helping young people overcome barriers to learning.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Supporting pupils with SEMH needs.

• Promoting positive behaviour strategies.

• Helping students regulate emotions and manage challenges.

• Building trusting and meaningful relationships.

• Encouraging engagement, attendance, and participation.
