REED Education are seeking an enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming school environment where pupil wellbeing is a top priority.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you'll play a vital role in helping students overcome challenges and engage fully with their education. Whether providing classroom support, encouraging confidence, or celebrating small achievements, your contribution will help shape positive outcomes for young people.

Your Role:

• Supporting pupils in lessons and intervention sessions.
• Helping students develop socially and emotionally.
• Working closely with teachers and SEN professionals.
• Encouraging participation and engagement.
• Creating a positive and supportive learning environment.

This role would suit individuals from education, care, support work, or youth work backgrounds.
