Behaviour Support Assistant - Help Students Reach Their Potential
ReedPlymouth | £90-£100 per day
REED Education are seeking a Behaviour Support Assistant to work with pupils who require additional support both academically and emotionally.
Working as part of a dedicated support team, you'll help students overcome challenges, build resilience, and develop the confidence needed to succeed in education.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on relationship-building and enjoys helping young people achieve positive outcomes.
The role includes:
- Supporting pupils with SEMH and behavioural needs.
- Encouraging positive engagement with learning.
- Assisting with emotional regulation strategies.
- Supporting interventions both inside and outside the classroom.
- Acting as a positive role model throughout the school day.
