- 🚨 Founding GTM / Account Executive — AI Startup 🚨
- 📍 Vauxhall, London — 5 days in office 📍
- 💷 £70k–£140k base | OTE £100k–£170k + equity 💷 A stealth-stage AI Insurtech are building the agent layer for the insurance market and are looking for a Founding GTM They've raised $8.5M pre-seed and are already working with 3 of the top 10 global insurance brokers. Team of seven. You'd be the first GTM hire, building the engine from scratch alongside the founders. :
- Run pure outbound , cold outreach, personalised LinkedIn, targeted prospecting into buyers at the top 20 global insurance brokers
- Own the full cycle from first touch to closing pilot agreements with enterprise accounts
- Attend conferences and in-person meetings to build relationships with decision-makers
- Manage and improve the GTM tooling — CRM, Clay, automated outreach — to scale pipeline
- Help kick off pilots with 12 of the top 20 largest brokers by end of year 🎯 Requirements:
- 1–5 years as an AE or full-stack BDR at a Series A–D startup, selling to large enterprises
- Full-cycle sales — prospecting, buyer personas, tailored outreach, closing, negotiating
- You've seen what zero-to-one looks like
- AI-native ,Clay, Claude, Cursor,
- Able to work five days a week in London Stands out: built a sales process from scratch or opened a new market as a Founding AE. Enterprise experience in professional services law, finance, accounting, consulting, insurance. 🚀 The package:
- £70k–£140k base, OTE £100k–£170k, plus meaningful equity
