What You'll Be Doing

• Define and execute the Platform Engineering strategy
• Scale cloud infrastructure and platform capabilities
• Lead and grow a high-performing Platform Engineering team
• Own Kubernetes, Infrastructure-as-Code, CI/CD and cloud operations
• Drive reliability, observability and performance across the engineering organisation
• Lead security, compliance and operational excellence initiatives
• Improve developer productivity and enable faster, safer deployments
• Partner closely with Engineering Leadership to shape the company's technical future Tech Environment

• Observability & Reliability Tooling What We're Looking For
• Experience leading Platform, Infrastructure, SRE or DevOps teams
• Strong background in cloud-native environments
• Deep Kubernetes and Infrastructure-as-Code expertise
• Proven experience scaling engineering organisations
• Strong understanding of security, reliability and operational best practices
