Lead ServiceNow Consultant

Looking to work for a boutique ServiceNow partner? We are seeking an experienced Senior & Lead ServiceNow Consultants to provide technical leadership across ServiceNow platforms. The role will lead the design, development and working closely with architects, product owners and business stakeholders. All applicants MUST be located in the UK to be considered. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development and delivery of ServiceNow solutions across the platform.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring and code review for ServiceNow developers.
• Develop and configure workflows, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions and integrations.
• Work across ServiceNow modules such as HRSD, CSM, ITOM, ITSM depending on business requirements.
• Design and support REST/SOAP/API integrations with enterprise systems.
• Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow best practices, security standards and upgrade-safe development principles.
• Support platform upgrades, releases, troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions. Experience needed:
• Strong commercial experience as a ServiceNow Developer / Technical Lead.
• Broad hands-on experience across the ServiceNow platform, with experience in modules such as HRSD, CSM and ITOM.
• Strong ServiceNow scripting and JavaScript skills.
• Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub and REST/SOAP integrations.
• Good understanding of ServiceNow architecture, security, ACLs and platform best practices.
• Strong technical leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills. Certifications:
• ServiceNow CSA, CAD and/or CIS certifications. No Visa sponsorship is provided
