You'll take ownership of paid, email and social campaigns that turn strong commercial offers into enquiries and orders, with clear visibility of your impact. Rather than being handed a rigid process, you'll help shape smarter ways of working, test new tools in live campaigns and work closely with senior stakeholders across pricing, procurement and sales. This is a hands-on role for someone who likes pace, commercial accountability and seeing campaign performance improve week by week. What You'll Be Doing

• Launch and coordinate multi-channel campaigns across paid search, email, social media, landing pages and video.
• Own CRM and audience marketing activity, driving engagement, enquiries and orders through targeted campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance, cost per order and conversion metrics, using data to optimise spend and results.
• Support the development and refinement of AI-enabled marketing workflows through live campaign activity. What You'll Need to Bring
• Around 2-4 years' experience in performance, campaign, e-commerce or direct-response marketing.
• Strong understanding of campaign metrics and the commercial judgement to improve performance.
• Hands-on experience across at least two of paid search, email marketing, marketing automation or social media campaigns.
• Curiosity about AI and the confidence to test, challenge and improve new ways of working.
