The Role We have an exciting new opportunity for a Senior Operational Resilience & Recovery Specialist to join Robert Walters as a Consultant.

As a Consultant, you will benefit from permanent employment with Robert Walters and will be deployed on an assignment within our clients' organisations, in return we will provide you with the opportunity to develop your skills with ongoing training and professional support.

What you'll do

• Lead and maintain the operational resilience framework, including mapping and tolerance reviews.
• Oversee the full business continuity lifecycle from analysis to testing and governance.
• Coordinate recovery exercises and scenario testing to validate critical operations.
• Assess vulnerabilities and support remediation across business, technology and third parties.
• Advise business areas on improving resilience and response capabilities.
• Manage incidents, supporting timely escalation, communication and resolution.
• Produce clear reporting, metrics and insight to support management oversight.

What you bring

• Proven experience in operational resilience, business continuity or incident management within asset management, banking or financial services.
• Relevant degree or equivalent experience; CBCI, MBCI, CBCP or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across diverse teams.
• Ability to analyse data, distil insights and implement improvement plans effectively.
• Skilled in using tools such as Power BI, SharePoint or similar analytical platforms.
