The successful applicant must to be able to work autonomously and manage their time efficiently, as well as supporting assistant staff to manage a predominantly in-patient caseload. This post will primarily be based at Doncaster Royal Infirmary, with the possibility of working across other hospital sites and community based clinics. The physiotherapy service across Doncaster and Bassetlaw undertakes a number of out of hours services. The post holder will be assessed for suitability to support one of these services. As a physiotherapist working within the outpatient department, you will be a valued member of the team, providing high quality care to patients, in a professional and compassionate manner. You will be able to contribute ideas and support clinical initiatives in order to provide evidence based patient care. The department is committed to CPD including monthly clinical coaching. The post holder will contribute to the coaching of others and will be supported to attend a clinical educator's course within 6 months of appointment. Applicants must have a qualification in Physiotherapy and hold current registration with the HCPC; with experience as a Band 5 physiotherapist.
