Hygiene Operative , Hygiene Operative

We are currently recruiting for Hygiene Operative Nights for Team A and B to join our Team at Pilgrim's Europe Dungannon site. The job is performed both within the factory departments and also outdoors. The job holder is required to effectively clean meeting the hygiene standards outlined in the Hygiene manual. Also the role entails the responsibility for processing product in their department and ensuring that hygiene, quality and health and safety standards are maintained. Key Responsibilities

• Clean according to the cleaning manual and hygiene standards.
• Dismantling and re-building of production machinery.
• Reporting of damage to any equipment.
• Operating cleaning equipment and other machinery safely and efficiently.
• Responsibility for personal Health and Safety and that of other workers.
• Cleaners must set a good example to others by appropriate work behaviour and obeying health and safety rules.
• It involves extensive periods standing and holding a high pressure power hose.
• Product processing as and when required, whilst maintaining hygiene, food safety and animal welfare standards.
• To ensure food safety and integrity at all times.
