About the Role We are seeking an enthusiastic Pastry Junior Sous Chef to join our vibrant team at Oblix at The Shard. As a key member of our culinary team, you'll play a vital role in delivering the creativity, precision, and consistency that define the Oblix dining experience, supporting the team, inspiring the brigade, and ensuring every plate reflects our commitment to excellence. • Previous experience as a Pastry Junior Sous Chef or Pastry Senior Chef de Partie, in a quality, fast-paced kitchen
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a large team
• Stock, ordering and wastage control
• Safety and Compliance
• Eager to learn and develop both yourself and your team
• Excellent attention to detail
