The role requires exceptional written communication skills, a professional telephone manner, and strong interpersonal abilities. Responsibilities & Duties

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone, and social media
• Assist customers with orders, returns, exchanges, and product information
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a professional tone
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and company policies
• Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, marketing, e-commerce) to resolve issues
• Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and provide feedback Requirements
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in retail or fashion
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
