Associate - Loan Asset Management Commercial Real Estate

• Supporting the ongoing asset management of a portfolio of commercial real estate loans
• Monitoring loan performance, financial covenants and key reporting requirements
• Reviewing and analysing borrower financial information and property-level performance
• Monitoring development loans, including development progress, drawdowns and associated risks
• Understanding and analysing debt structures, loan documentation and covenant requirements
• Preparing financial analysis, reporting and recommendations for clients and key stakeholders
• Working closely with borrowers, lenders, advisors and other transaction parties Qualifications/ Requirements What we're looking for:
• A strong Commercial Real Estate background – essential
• Good understanding of real estate debt and loan structures
• Experience or knowledge of development lending
• Strong Excel and financial analysis skills
• Good understanding of covenant monitoring and loan performance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
