Infor M3 ERP Administrator - Contract - Manchester - £competitive Day Rate

Axon Moore is currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Infor M3 ERP Administrator / Application Specialist to take ownership of their M3 environment across BAU support, administration and continuous improvement. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced M3 professional who enjoys combining hands-on ERP support, technical troubleshooting and business process improvement.

• Manchester – Hybrid - 3 days on site

• Initial 3-month contract with potential to extend The Role You will act as the primary technical and functional point of contact for Infor M3, working closely with teams across:
• Finance
• Procurement
• Supply Chain
• Inventory
• Manufacturing
• Operations
• IT You'll be responsible for maintaining the stability and performance of the M3 environment while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Responsibilities ▪️ Infor M3 administration and BAU support ▪️ User security, roles and access management ▪️ System configuration and troubleshooting ▪️ Infor OS and M3 APIs ▪️ Integrations and EDI ▪️ System upgrades, patches and testing ▪️ Master data and data quality ▪️ Reporting and business intelligence ▪️ Vendor and third-party support management ▪️ Business process improvement ▪️ Supporting Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain and Manufacturing processes Requirements
• Strong hands-on Infor M3 experience
• Good knowledge of M3 business processes and modules
• Experience with Infor OS
• M3 APIs and system integrations
• Experience across Finance, Procurement, Inventory or Supply Chain
• Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with external vendors/support partners Experience with EDI, SQL, Power BI, TM1, Infor Data Lake or manufacturing/FMCG environments would be advantageous. This is a specialist M3 opportunity and my client is looking for someone who can take genuine ownership of the ERP environment, rather than simply provide first-line support.
