Interim Corporate Lawyer - Private Equity

Exciting opportunity for a transactional Corporate Lawyer or Corporate PSL with M&A/Private Equity transactions experience to join a US law firm on an initial 6 month contract, supporting their corporate practice as an Interim Knowledge Management Lawyer. Central London, hybrid working, highly competitive salary on offer. This would suit a fee earner looking for a change of pace or a PSL interested in a move to project work. This is a project based role working in a growing, busy team, directly with the firms Corporate Partners and US based counterpart set up KM frameworks and develop a suite of documentation for the London office. You will also be involved in broader projects for the firm, streamlining operations between the London and US offices, supporting on legal tech and AI initiatives. To be considered for this role you will be 5+ years PQE with training and experience gained in the Corporate practice of a top tier firm. You will have a strong attention to detail and stakeholder management skills coupled with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced law firm environment.
