• Partnering with engineering, product, and regional teams across the organization to solve complex UI/UX challenges for global audiences.
• Distilling highly intricate issues into clean, focused, and intuitive interface solutions that resonate worldwide.
• Rapidly context-switching between concurrent projects, driving clarity in ambiguous environments without a fixed roadmap.
• Rapidly prototyping, presenting concepts, and taking an active part in rigorous, collaborative group critique.
• Influencing product direction and presenting high-fidelity concepts directly to senior executives and partner teams, driving significant impact. Must-Have Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Senior Product Designer or Interaction Designer working across mobile, web, or OS platforms.
• A compelling portfolio demonstrating visual excellence, innovative interaction design patterns, mastery of typography, and clear design thinking.
• Fluency in English plus a second language (particularly Arabic, Turkish, European, or Latin American languages) to cater to diverse user bases.
• Comfort operating effectively in fast-paced, matrixed environments with frequently changing priorities.
• Fluency in modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and various interactive prototyping tools. What Will Set You Apart
