🌟 WE ARE HIRING | APPAREL GRAPHIC DESIGNER 🌟  - Graphics - Print - Embroidery 📍 Location: London 💼 Employment Type: Full-Time Reporting To: Design Manager Spring is looking for a creative, commercially minded Apparel Graphic Designer with proven clothing graphics experience, strong fashion awareness and practical knowledge of garment decoration. ABOUT US SPRING is a leading design and sourcing company operating across Turkey, Europe and Africa. We supply world-class apparel, footwear, cosmetics, home and general merchandise products to customers in the UK, Europe and the US. Our headquarters are based in Istanbul, with a design office in London. THE ROLE

• Create original, trend-led T-shirt and licensed graphics for our retail customers.
• Develop print, embroidery and embellishment ideas into production-ready artwork.
• Work with factories on technique development, sample reviews and approvals, including occasional travel to Turkey.
• Use AI tools responsibly to support research and creative development.
• Follow Spring's SOPs for copyright checks, artwork sourcing, licensing and approvals. YOU'LL BRING
• Apparel graphics experience with a fashion brand, retailer or clothing supplier.
• Strong typography, illustration and colour skills, plus advanced Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Knowledge of screen printing, transfers, print effects, embroidery and appliqué.
• Experience with AI design tools and an understanding of their limitations.
