Ethan James GroupA medium sized, multi-disciplinary consultancy is seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to strengthen their team in Guildford. They provide expertise across the full property lifecycle, bringing together building surveying, quantity surveying, architecture, engineering, and project and programme management. They support owners, developers, occupiers, investors and public sector clients across sectors including insurance, commercial and residential property, infrastructure and regeneration. Role & Responsibilities of the Senior Building Surveyor
- Acquisition surveys
- Defect diagnosis
- Refurbishment and alteration designs
- Project management and contract administration
- CDM and health and safety
- Party wall Skills & Experience of the Senior Building Surveyor
- MRICS not essential
- Able to work autonomously or as part of a team
- Excellent communication and written skills Salary & Benefits:
