Commercial Development Solicitor | Birmingham 1–6 PQE | £67,000 – £78,000 | Hybrid Working I'm working with a leading international law firm looking to grow its Real Estate team in Birmingham City Centre with the appointment of a Commercial Development Solicitor. This is an excellent opportunity for a 1–6 PQE Solicitor to join a highly regarded team, working on high-quality commercial and residential development matters for an impressive national and international client base. The role will include:

• Acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold real estate, including commercial and residential development sites and investment properties
• Commercial and residential development transactions, including site acquisitions, development agreements, conditional contracts, options, overage arrangements and easements
• Landlord and tenant and asset management matters, including agreements for lease, leases, licences, assignments, renewals and rent reviews
• Investment, portfolio and real estate finance transactions, including title investigation, due diligence and certificates of title What's on offer?
