- Lead deployment of Digital Technology Lifecycle Solutions (DTLS) and digital manufacturing capabilities.
- Develop and deploy GMP-compliant digital recipes, manufacturing instructions, BOMs and MBRs for biologics manufacturing.
- Configure process, material, equipment and sample data objects for digital execution.
- Design and deploy Factory Integration Layer (FIL) connectors for OT/IT and manufacturing system integrations.
- Lead data modeling, mapping and contextualization aligned with ISA-95 / ISA-88.
- Ensure data integrity, traceability, scalability and reliable data exchange across systems.
- Lead testing, validation and qualification, including GMP, CSV, change control and regulatory compliance.
- Develop integration specifications, workflows, SOPs and validation documentation.
- Partner with Manufacturing, MSAT, Engineering, Quality, R&D and Digital/IT teams on requirements and solution delivery.
- Drive standardization, reusable digital assets and continuous improvement across digital manufacturing initiatives. Mandatory Skills 10+ years in manufacturing technology/digital solutions, preferably pharma/biologics, with strong experience in:
- Digital Manufacturing / MES / MBR / EBR
- Digital Recipe Authoring & Technology Transfer
- Factory Integration Layer (FIL) / OT-IT Integration
- ISA-95 / ISA-88 / Data Modeling & Contextualization
- API/System Integrations & Manufacturing Data Exchange
- GMP / CSV / Data Integrity / Change Control
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership.
