Marketing Executive

Duties

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, EDM, Google Ads and other online advertising to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement and traffic to the website.
• Conduct regular reporting and performance tracking; evaluate campaign effectiveness using metrics such as conversions and ROI.
• Optimize the use of multi-channel digital campaigns to promote hospital services
• Utilize analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and provide insights for improvement
• Manage and maintain hospital website content, ensuring it is up-to-date and user-friendly
• Oversee daily operations of social media platforms and develop strategies to enhance audience engagement
• Support the implementation of marketing strategies, projects, and events.
• Assist in organizing events, seminars, and webinars.
• Perform other ad hoc projects as assigned. Requirement
• Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or other related disciplines
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceutical or wellness sectors.
• Solid experience in digital marketing and social media management i.e. Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
• Strong content strategy capabilities with creative mindset, strong copywriting an contentment creation skills with ability to translate complex information into accessible content
• Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skill
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Excellent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
