Creative Content and Video Editing - Intern

About the Role We're looking for a Creative Content & Video Editing Intern who is passionate about visual storytelling and wants to build something from the early stages. This is not just a video-editing internship. You'll work on real CAELORA projects across short-form content, events, community, original IP, storytelling and brand content, while helping shape how CAELORA is experienced online. We're looking for someone who can think creatively, understand storytelling and turn ideas into content people want to watch. What You'll Do

• Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other short-form content
• Create content from CAELORA events and community experiences
• Edit founder, creator and community stories
• Work on cinematic and brand-focused videos
• Support content around CAELORA's original IP and storytelling
• Add music, sound design, transitions, motion graphics and other creative elements where appropriate
• Repurpose long-form footage into engaging short-form content
• Experiment with different formats, styles and creative ideas
• Collaborate with the team to develop content concepts and visual direction
• Help maintain consistency in CAELORA's visual identity across platforms What We're Looking For
• Strong creative sense and visual storytelling ability
• Good understanding of pacing, composition, music and editing
• Familiarity with tools such as Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, CapCut or similar
• Understanding of what works on Instagram, YouTube and other digital platforms
• Attention to detail
• Willingness to experiment and learn
• Ability to take feedback and improve quickly
• Passion for film, entertainment, storytelling, content or creative media
