• £32,000 - £34,000 basic salary

This is consultative – focused on understanding client needs and recommending the right cover, not cold calling. What we're looking for:
• CeMAP qualified (preferred, however company will provide training course)
• Experience within financial services, mortgages or insurance
• Proven background in protection sales
• Strong communication skills with a client-first approach
