Responsibilities
- Own plant safety culture, permits, and environmental compliance
- Deliver monthly output, yield, and quality targets across wash and extrusion lines
- Drive continuous improvement on uptime, energy, and water consumption
- Develop shift leaders and coordinate maintenance planning Requirements
- 5+ years plant leadership in recycling, plastics processing, or FMCG manufacturing
- Strong track record in health & safety management
- Experience with washing lines, extrusion, or similar continuous processes
