Job Purpose There is an exciting opportunity to join the brand service teams on a 12 month internship. We are looking for an enthusiastic student with a keen interest in land-based engineering and aftermarket management. Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will:
• Engage in dealer development activities, dealer standards, Control Room development for connected machines.
• Support system knowledge training and development for dealers.
• Support Dealer Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
• Help conduct and edit media material to develop the dealer network
• Support customer machine operation training and coaching events. Experience Required
• Strong IT skills are essential with the ability to develop high quality media material
• An understanding of agriculture is beneficial, a keen interest in technical machines is essential
• Strong team spirit and ability to develop and work within a collaborative and supportive culture
• The motivation to learn quickly and develop on existing knowledge.
• Good commination skills, customer relations skills beneficial
• Negotiation skills, think fast but make meaningful decisions
• A driving license is essential
