You will be responsible for:

• Speaking with qualified investor leads and understanding their investment objectives
• Building strong relationships with prospective investors
• Qualifying clients based on their goals, available capital and investment timeframe
• Presenting suitable UK and international property investment opportunities
• Managing your own sales pipeline and CRM
• Following up with prospects and progressing opportunities through to completion
• Working closely with our team, developers and investment partners
• Maintaining a high level of communication and professionalism throughout the sales process What We Require We are looking for people who are:

• Comfortable discussing money, investment and financial objectives
