IT Strategy, PMO and Software Product Lead

Job Overview We are looking for a professional IT Strategy, PMO & Software Product Lead to manage IT demand planning, strategic budgeting, and enterprise software portfolio optimization. You will partner with business units on new tech initiatives, evaluate market-leading SaaS tools, and ensure governance over key vendors like Oracle and Microsoft. Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Demand Planning: Partner with user departments to assess business needs, translate new initiatives into IT roadmaps, and manage annual IT budgeting.
• PMO Governance: Oversee software project intake, investment prioritization, and alignment between IT spending and strategic business goals.
• Software Asset Management (SAM): Lead enterprise software lifecycle management, compliance, and audit readiness—focusing heavily on Oracle, Microsoft, productivity, backup, and security tools.
• SaaS & Vendor Advisory: Leverage SaaS market knowledge to evaluate emerging commercial software, negotiate renewals, and optimize software licensing costs. Requirements
• Experience: 6+ years in IT Strategy, PMO, or Software Asset Management.
• Preferred Background: Big 4 Advisory/Consulting (SAM, IT Risk, Tech Strategy) or Software Product / SaaS Management.
• Vendor Expertise: Deep knowledge of licensing models and compliance for enterprise vendors (Oracle, Microsoft, backup, and productivity suites).
• Skills: Strong demand planning, IT budgeting, vendor negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Strong in presentation and advisory; strategic mindset.
• Upbeat with the latest/ most focus software technologies in town, explore areas of adoption in the corporates
• Languages: Good command of English (spoken and written). Cantonese speaker is a plus.
