Working across Dealing, Quant, Risk, Product, Data and Engineering, you will have the opportunity to influence both trading strategy and the future development of the business. Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze trading and business performance to identify growth opportunities, performance gaps and emerging trends across brands.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client trading behaviour, client segments, trading patterns and economics to support business strategy.
  • Identify opportunities to improve client value, trading effectiveness and overall business performance through data-driven insights.
  • Partner with Dealing, Quant, Risk and Anti-Fraud teams to develop and implement trading and client strategies.
  • Lead strategic cross-functional projects addressing complex trading, client and business challenges.
  • Develop scalable frameworks and operating mechanisms that enable more effective trading business management.
  • Translate business opportunities and pain points into Product, Trading, Risk and Data enhancement requirements. Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Relevant experience in Trading, Dealing, Brokerage, Prime Services, Trading Risk, Trading Operations or trading-related business roles.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets and trading businesses; FX, derivatives or leveraged trading experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to understand how client behaviour, trading dynamics and risk influence business outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to turn complex data into clear business recommendations.
  • Proven ability to work across business, trading and technology teams and drive initiatives from idea through execution.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in both English and Chinese to effectively engage regional Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
