Nursery Room Leader

At Banana Moon Day Nurseries , we are looking for an enthusiastic Nursery Room Leader to join our vibrant team. In this dynamic role, you will lead a room of children, guiding their development through engaging play and educational activities in a safe and nurturing environment.

Your responsibilities will include planning and implementing the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) curriculum, assessing children's progress, and supporting your team to ensure high standards of care and education. You'll foster strong relationships with children, parents, and staff, creating a collaborative atmosphere that prioritizes each child's well-being and enjoyment.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
• Previous experience in an early years setting, with leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development milestones.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective engagement with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and supervise a team.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and families.
• Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• A passion for early years education and a commitment to providing high-quality care.
