Early Years Professional Nursery Practitioner - Level 2 3

Banana Moon Day Nurseries is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitoner to join our brand new nursery.

As a Level 2/3 Nursery Practitioner your primary focus will be on supporting the development and well-being of children in our care, ensuring they feel safe, valued, and inspired to learn.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care and education in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and our own curriculum.
• Plan and implement engaging and age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
• Observe, assess and record children's progress, sharing insights with parents and colleagues.
• Create a warm, welcoming, and safe environment for all children.
• Work collaboratively with your team to ensure the smooth running of the nursery.
• Uphold nursery policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with safeguarding regulations.

Qualifications and skills required:

• Minimum Level 2/3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare.
• Experience working in a nursery or early years setting is essential.
• Sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
• Enhanced DBS check clearance is required (we can arrange a DBS check).
