Early Years Nursery Practitioner Nursery Nurse Level 3

Banana Moon Day Nurseries is looking for passionate and qualified Early Years Nursery Practitioners/Nursery Nurses at Level 3 to join our dedicated team. This role offers the opportunity to work within a supportive environment committed to providing exceptional care and education to young children.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Planning and delivering engaging activities in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Providing a warm, caring, and safe environment for children.
• Working collaboratively with the nursery team and supporting children's individual development.
• Building strong relationships with parents and carers to share progress and support children's needs.

Available working patterns:

• Full-time
• Flexible hours including day shifts, 8 or 10 hour shifts.
• Monday to Friday working pattern, with occasional overtime.

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years Care and Education (or equivalent).
• Experience working within a nursery or early years setting.
• Understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and child development.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Enhanced DBS clearance or willingness to obtain one.
• Paediatric first aid qualification is preferred, or willingness to complete one.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
