Software Engineer
TechShackeDV Software Engineer Rate: £650–£700 per day Outside IR35 Clearance: Active eDV Location: London, Cheltenham or Manchester Working Pattern: 2–3 days onsite Contract: Initial 6 months, likely extensions We're supporting a number of projects within the national security and defence space and are looking for experienced eDV-cleared Software Engineers to join project teams across multiple locations. We're interested in engineers with strong experience across:
- Java
- Python / FastAPI
- .NET / C#
- React
- Node.js
- Modern software engineering and development practices
- API and microservices development
- Cloud and containerised environments Key requirements:
- Active eDV clearance
- Strong commercial software engineering experience
- Experience working on complex technical projects
- Comfortable working in secure/national security environments
- Able to work 2–3 days onsite in London, Cheltenham or Manchester Multiple positions are available across different technology stacks, so if you have eDV clearance and strong software engineering experience, we'd be keen to speak with you.
