Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

FP&A Manager £80,000 - £90,000 plus bonus and benefits Global Construction Business London – On-site An excellent opportunity for a commercially focused FP&A professional to join a leading global construction business in a highly visible role supporting a large-scale investment and development portfolio. Working closely with senior finance and operational leaders, you'll play a key role in financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and commercial analysis, helping to support strategic decision-making across the business. You'll also contribute to business planning, financial modelling, process improvement, and the delivery of meaningful financial insights to a broad range of stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes.
• Produce management reporting, financial analysis, and performance insights for senior stakeholders.
• Support investment appraisals, financial modelling, and business case development.
• Monitor business performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying key risks and opportunities.
• Deliver timely and accurate financial reporting to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive improvements to reporting processes, financial controls, and data quality.
• Partner with operational teams to support commercial decision-making and business performance.
• Support cash flow planning and wider strategic finance initiatives. Essential
• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
• Strong experience within FP&A, commercial finance, or management reporting.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Experience of budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn financial data into commercial insight.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
