Finance Business Partner – Hotels Location: London (Office-Based, 5 Days a Week) Equifind is partnering with a fast-growing, multi-site hospitality group with properties across the UK and Europe. It's an exciting time to join the business as it continues to expand. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you'll be the finance partner to the hotel operations teams. You'll turn the numbers into clear insight that improves profitability and supports better decisions. This is a varied, hands-on role for someone who is curious, commercially minded and comfortable challenging how things are done. Key responsibilities

• Review property P&Ls each month and provide variance analysis, commentary and action plans to improve performance
• Lead the annual budget and monthly forecasts for your properties, giving the operations teams forward-looking insight
• Analyse property profitability and benchmark performance to find cost savings and growth opportunities
• Build financial models to support operational, investment and capital spending decisions
• Partner with the operations, commercial and finance teams, and support tenders, contract negotiations and supplier reviews
• Improve reporting and forecasting processes, and build financial awareness across the business About you
• Experience in multi-site hotels or hospitality, with a strong understanding of key metrics
• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified (or equivalent) preferred
• Proven business partnering experience, with confidence influencing stakeholders at all levels
• Advanced Excel and modelling skills; experience with NetSuite or hotel systems is a plus
