What are you going to do: Perro is looking for an enthusiastic and professional Café Barista to join our front-of-house team in King's Heath, Birmingham. The successful candidate will prepare and serve high-quality coffee and a range of hot and cold beverages while delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities include preparing coffee, operating and maintaining coffee equipment, taking customer orders, processing payments, serving food and drinks, replenishing stock, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the café. You will work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure orders are delivered accurately and promptly. The ideal candidate will have previous barista experience, hands-on knowledge of coffee and brewing equipment, excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a busy café environment.
