You will ensure every interaction reflects Nobu's philosophy of balance, warmth and precision, handling enquiries, bookings and guest requests with care and efficiency. You will

• Manage the day to day running of the wellness and fitness reception area
• Greet all guests and members warmly, creating a relaxed and professional first impression
• Handle all enquiries and bookings for Pilates, personal training, spa and fitness sessions
• Maximise booking opportunities and retail sales to exceed revenue targets
• Complete all reception and administrative tasks accurately and on time
• Conduct show rounds for members, potential clients and guests
• Support the smooth operation of the wellness and fitness facilities, including room allocations and scheduling
• Check all equipment regularly, reporting any maintenance issues promptly
• Collaborate with the food and beverage team to ensure terrace service meets Nobu standards
• Build knowledge of all wellness and fitness products, treatments and services offered
• Communicate effectively with the wider hotel team to ensure a seamless guest journey

You are organised, confident and guest focused, with strong communication and multitasking skills.
