You will lead commercially focused data science projects, turning complex insurance and market data into insight that supports better decision-making. The role combines technical delivery, senior stakeholder engagement and leadership of a growing team. Key requirements
- Strong data science and analytical modelling experience
- London Market insurance experience
- Advanced Python or R and SQL skills
- Experience working with large and complex datasets
- Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder-management skills
- Previous team leadership or mentoring experience
