Interim Chief Transformation Officer - Financial Software - Private Equity

Camino Search is currently partnering with a mid-market private equity fund looking to appoint a Chief Transformation Officer into one of their financial software portfolio companies. This individual will take accountability for delivering the value creation plan, mobilising a range of transformation topics from commercial excellence and GTM strategy, to technology enablement and operating model change. Interim engagement for an initial 6-month contract, paying competitive market rates outside IR35. Requirements:

• Proven experience delivering value creation and EBITDA benefit in private equity backed environments.
• Generalist experience across different transformation topics including operational excellence, Go-To-Market, technology and AI, and post-merger integrations.
• Background in both software and financial services sectors.
