Interim Finance Analyst

Interim Financial Modeller (PE backed) Day rate: £350 - £500 (inside IR35) Contract: 6 months Surrey (hybrid, 1 day per week) Key Responsibilities

• Build, review and stress-test financial models, including revenue forecasts, cash flow and scenario analysis.
• Support transactions and strategic projects, including valuation, due diligence and deal modelling.
• Analyse financial performance, trends, variances and margins across revenue streams, costs and overheads.
• Model working capital, budgets and cash requirements.
• Translate analysis into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership and the Board.
• Analyse large datasets using Excel and, where appropriate, Python. Experience & Skills
• Proven experience in financial modelling, ideally within acquisitions or strategic projects.
• Corporate finance or transaction experience, including M&A, valuation and quality of earnings.
• Strong commercial, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel capabilities.
• Healthcare or life sciences experience would be advantageous.
