The Role

• Identify and engage specialist, high-quality candidates for vacancies across a range of Life Sciences markets.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with senior-level professionals.
• Take ownership of the complete 360 recruitment cycle, from business development through to placement.
• Drive growth by developing partnerships with innovative and emerging niche businesses. What You'll Get
• Uncapped commission of up to 40%, with average placement fees of approximately £24,000, meaning you would earn around £4,800 from a single deal.

• A minimum of 12 months' experience in recruitment or at least 12 months in a proactive sales role.
• The confidence and adaptability to succeed within a highly specialized, high-calibre industry.
• A motivated, target-focused mindset with natural resilience.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
• Excellent numerical ability and confidence working with figures.
