AJ Chambers is working with a top 100 law firm and they are currently recruiting for an Associate or Senior Associate to join their real estate team. You'll be working with three partners on a range of general real estate matters, along with real estate finance and property based insolvency matters. This Solicitor will have at least 5 years PQE and depending on experience, office presence can be minimal. Key aspects:
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Landlord & tenant
- Property finance - representing lenders and banks
- Bridging and development finance You'll be offered a package which will include:
