Civil Litigation Solicitor

Richardson Hartley Law is growing, and we're looking for a Civil Litigation Solicitor to join our Manchester team. We act for individuals and businesses in investment fraud recovery, financial mis-selling and commercial litigation. The role

• Running your own caseload of civil and commercial disputes from instruction to resolution
• Pursuing claims against financial firms, platforms and fraudsters, including pre-action and High Court proceedings
• Drafting pleadings, instructing counsel and managing disclosure and evidence
• Working closely with our investigations and client teams on complex, multi-party matters About you
• Qualified solicitor with 3+ years' PQE in civil or commercial litigation
• Experience in financial services, fraud or banking disputes is a strong advantage
• Confident managing a busy caseload and dealing directly with clients
• Commercially minded, organised and comfortable with technology-led case management What we offer
• Salary: £40,000 to £50,000 DOE
