Employment Lawyer

About the Company A well-known UK firm is looking to recruit an Employment Associate or Senior Associate to join its highly ranked Employment practice in London. About the Role The team advises on a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, with a varied workload including employment tribunal litigation, senior exits, disciplinary and grievance matters, restructurings, contractual and policy advice, and employment support on corporate transactions. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to take ownership of matters, work closely with senior lawyers and develop strong relationships with clients across a range of sectors. The team is looking for a lawyer with 3+ years' PQE and solid experience across employment law. Candidates should be commercially minded, confident in managing matters independently and comfortable working as part of a collaborative team. Responsibilities

• Advise on a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
• Handle employment tribunal litigation.
• Manage senior exits.
• Deal with disciplinary and grievance matters.
• Support restructurings.
• Provide contractual and policy advice.
• Deliver employment support on corporate transactions.
• Take ownership of matters and work closely with senior lawyers.
• Develop strong relationships with clients across a range of sectors.
• Manage matters independently while working as part of a collaborative team. Qualifications
• Qualified in England and Wales.
• Have at least 3 years' PQE gained in a leading employment practice.
• Strong academic background with a minimum 2:1 degree. Required Skills
• Ability to provide clear, practical advice.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Highly motivated and enthusiastic.
• Commercially minded.
• Confident in managing matters independently.
