Senior Corporate Associate

Eclectic Recruitment are working with a leading international law firm who are looking to add a Corporate Senior Associate to their London team. The role will offer exposure to a broad range of high-quality UK and cross-border Corporate transactions, including private M&A, private equity, strategic investments, joint ventures and wider corporate advisory work. The successful candidate will join an established Corporate practice and will be given significant responsibility for transactions, alongside the opportunity to develop direct relationships with clients and play an active role in the continued growth of the team. We are looking for:

• Around 5–8 years' PQE
• Strong Corporate/M&A experience gained within a recognised City, international or leading national practice
• Experience leading transactions and taking responsibility for key workstreams
• Exposure to private equity or sponsor-backed transactions would be advantageous
• Strong drafting, technical and client-facing skills
