Role Description The Entry-Level ESL Online Tutor (Ref:EDU07/26) is a full-time remote role focused on teaching English to learners of varying ages and proficiency levels via online platforms. Day-to-day tasks include planning and delivering interactive lessons, guiding learners through speaking, listening, reading, and writing activities, and using digital tools and materials to support engagement. The tutor will assess learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and adjust lesson plans based on individual needs and goals. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of attendance and performance, communicating with learners and, where relevant, parents or guardians, and participating in ongoing training or observation sessions to improve teaching practice. The role requires consistent availability during scheduled teaching hours and professional, reliable communication in a virtual environment. Qualifications
